Suggest a better description1. in small saucepan combine first three ingredients. Cook over medium heat till thickened.
2. Pour sauce in 9 x 13 pan, sprinkle one half pecans. Place six slices of bread on top of sauce, sprinkle with remaining pecans and cover with remaining bread.
3. Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt in blender. Pour evenly over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes till lightly brown. Drizzle sauce over toast before serving.
