Suggest a better descriptionPour 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk into a small saucepan and cook over low heat until it begins to bubble around the edges. Continue to cook over very low heat for 30 minutes, stirring frequently (keep heat low to avoid scorching). Meanwhile, place 1 cup oatmeal stout or Guinness Stout in a small saucepan and boil until it?s reduced to 1/4 cup. Stir into caramel sauce with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Serve warm over ice cream or cake slices.
