I found this recipe on Food.Com It was amazing & good. So easy & quick to do. Just prepare the sauce & pour over the chicken & put into the oven. We loved it.
Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix together the oil, soy sauce, catcup, honey, garlic, salt & pepper to taste
Pour over the chicken
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or till sauce is caramelized.
could also use wings or pork ribs.
