easy pea soup
1. Cook onion and ginger in oil in heavy saucepan until softened
2. Add cardamom and stir briefly. add chicken broth and bring to boil
3. Add peas and simmer 10 minutes.
4. Puree in batches until smooth. Return to pan, season with salt and pepper and reheat.
Top with crème fraiche
