Pork chops & Cajun peppers
Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
1. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon seasoning over pork chops. Coat large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add pork chops; cook 2 minutes per side or until browned.
2. Transfer pork chops to shallow roasting pan or jelly-roll pan. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Do not overcook.
3. Meanwhile, add bell peppers to same skillet; cook and stir over medium-high heat 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Add vinegar and honey; cook and stir 1 minute. Add rice and remaining 1 teaspoon jerk seasoning. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until heated through.
