Ready in 1 hour
This hearty beef stew is usually served over rice but can be enjoyed alone as well.
Combine all ingredients in a pressure cooker.
Cook on Medium/High heat for 40 Minutes.
Let steam out and serve over white rice.
It can also be made in a large pot on Med/High heat for approx. 1 hour.
you can also add fresh tomatoes towards the end or carrots.

rstaad 3y agoI think adding pink beans or acorn squash to this, either with or in place of the potatoes, would be great.

NellieLiz 4y agoNeither my husband nor I enjoyed this. It had a one-dimensional flavor (maybe it calls for too much oregano?) and wasn't at all spicy. It was also very watery, though that may be because I slow-cooked it.

MaddieCakes3 4y agoThis was so good my family said it was one of the best things I've made. Left out the green pepper, dry white cooking wine & oregano because I didn't have them, put everything in the crockpot & let cook for 6 hrs & mmm! Mmm! Good! Thanks so much
