Cuban Style Beef Stew

3 Lbs Beef Stew Cubes
4-5 Red Potatoes Cubed
3 Cups Baby Carrots
1 Large Sweet Onion
1/2 Large Green Peper
3 Garlic Cloves
2 Pouches Sazon Goya "Con Azafran"
2.5 Tsp Badia Complete Seasoning
2 Cans Tomato Sauce 15 oz
3/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Hienz Ketchup
1 Tbs White Cooking Wine

Take large onion and green pepper quartered and place blender to purée, set aside. Place meat in alarge mixing bowl and season with Complete seasoning and salt, mixing meat in order to coat evenly. In a large skillet place some olive oil and put on med high heat place garlic and onion/pepper purée along with both pouches of Sazon Goya and sauté for 5 min add meat then another 5 min. Remove from skillet and place into slow cooker along with tomatoe sauce, cooking wine, ketchup and corn set on high for 5-6 hours or until meat is tender, for low setting use 10-11 hours. Put potatoes and carrots half way through or last two hours of cooking time.
