3 lb Lean boneless beef chuck cut
1 cn (10-oz) Mexican green
1/2 ts Oregano
1/4 c Peanut oil
Salt and pepper
1/2 c Beef stock more or less
2 Cloves
2 tb Masa harina -or-
2 Stale tortillas, -or-
2 Garlic
2 Red or green bell peppers
1 md Onion finely chopped
