Meat and potatoes
Cut round steak into cubes and brown in 2 tablespoons of oil in a Dutch oven with sliced onions. Peel and cube potatoes into approximately half inch cubes. Once the meat is slightly browned add potatoes and continue to brown for about 15 minutes. (Don't worry if it sticks to the bottom of the skillet.) Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer until meat and potatoes are tender for about 35 minutes.
