2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
2 large Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Brown sugar; lightly packed
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
1/4 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 1/2 cup Carrots; grated (about 4)
1/2 cup Rasins
1/2 cup Walnuts; chopped

Original recipe makes 24 Servings



Preheat oven to 350?

1) Whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.

2) Medium speed, beat eggs, sugar, brown sugar, oil and milk until light and thick

3) Low, add flour until blended. Stir in vanilla, carrots, raisins and walnuts.

4) Spoon batter into zip lock, snip end and fill cups 2/3''s filled.

Bake 20-22 minutes until centers spring back.
