This my homemade carrot dip recipe.
Cut the carrot inot a few chunks and put in the food processor along with the clove of garlic. Transfer to a bowl.
Add the yogurt and salt and mix. garnish with chipped olives. Sprinkle with cumin seeds, if you wish. Serve with crusty bread slices.
