This is the basic recipe this lovely soup and using any vegetable you like.
Saute onions and garlic in coconut oil. Add the balance of the ingredients and then process
in the blender in small batches until smooth. Remove to saucepan and heat gently. Add sour cream, dillweed or cayenne to taste as desired.
