Suggest a better descriptionCombine 2 Tbsp of corn starch with salt, soy sauce, vinegar and Worcestershire Sauce. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and dredge through the soy sauce mix. Then take the chicken out of the sauce mix and fry the chicken in the oil. When cooked remove chicken. Add 2 Tbsp of cornstarch to remaining soy sauce mix and pour into pan. Add chicken broth and cook until it thickens. Add chicken, sugar, lemon juice and cashew. simmer then Serve over rice
