Super quick indoor smores. Perfect for a cold night in with your partner or the kids.
Preheat oven to 450 F. Spread out the cup of chocolate chips in your mini cast iron skillet. Mine is probably 6inches. Next cover the chocolate chips with the halved marshmallows. Once oven is ready, pop the skillet in for 6mins exactly. The next step requires your full attention as marshmallows can burn very quickly. Turn the broiler on for 30secs or until it has the level of browning you are looking for. This should not be black lol. Do not exceed a minute with the broiler. Take skillet out n allow to cool for a minute or so. Now u can either did your crackers in or make a s'mores sandwich between 2 crackers.
This recipe is extremely sweet. I will probably use a darker chocolate next time.
