Suggest a better description1. Combine the Parmesan cheese, flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a medium sized bowl. 2. Combine the egg and milk in separate bowl, stirring well. 3. Dip fillets in egg mixture then dredge in flour mixture. 4. Arrange coated fillets in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x2-inch baking dish. 5. Drizzle fillets with melted butter. 6.
