To make the cheddar cheese sauce, empty the contents of the sachet into a saucepan. Pour a little milk into the pan and mix. Stir in the remaining milk and bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Add the mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour sauce over the cauliflower and sprinkle with grated cheese and grill until bubbling and brown.
