Try this Cauliflower and Potatoes (Aloo Gobi) recipe, or contribute your own.
1. Make masala with onion, garlic, ginger, and tomatoes. 2. Add turmeric and spices. 3. Break the cauliflower in flowerettes and cut the potatoes into cubes (8 pieces each). 4. Add both to masala and lower heat to simmer. Cover the pot till the cauliflower and potatoes are coated. Recipe By : Somesh Rao
Beklaud 5y agoFantastic! I added a tin of tomatoes and spinach and sweet potato and had with chapatis. It was delicious and will be a new staple for our weekly dinner menu- thanks :)
Beklaud 5y agoDelicious! I put a can if tomatoes in and added sweet potato instead of ordinary and a bit of spinach. We had it with chapatis . Thanks :)
