In large saucepan cook cauliflower, covered, in chicken broth 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in medium bowl combine milk and soup. In a small bowl blend water into cornstarch and pepper; stir into soup. Pour over cauliflower; cook and stir till thick and bubbly. Stir in ham, simmer till warm and then garnish with onion.
