Don't let the veggies fool you! These easy-to-make cauliflower bites capture all the satisfying flavor of traditional hot wings
Preheat over to 450 F. Line a baking sheet with foil - spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Wash the cauliflower and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a medium bowl, blend the flour, water, hot sauce, garlic salt and dried onion.
Evenly coat each piece of cauliflower in the batter.
Place coated cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes, just until the batter hardens.
Meanwhile, mix together the sauce ingredients.
When the cauliflower has finished baking, remove it from the oven and evenly coat each piece with the sauce. Bake an additional 5- to 7 minutes, until the sauce has somewhat dried and the cauliflower is crispy.
Let cool before serving. Serve with ranch dressing.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
