Pizza crust made with cauliflower
Preheat oven to 450
Spray cookie sheet with non stick spray or use parchment paper. Optional use coconut oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before laying dough onto baking surface.
In a medium bowl, combine cauliflower, egg mozzarella and all desired spices. Press evenly onto baking pan or pizza stone.
Bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes you may turn once during cooking.
Remove from oven and top with whatever pizza toppings you want then place under the broiler to melt cheese. or on high heat
Do not press too thin into pan
