4 cups cauliflower florets
2 teaspoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic; thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
1/4 cup Water

Original recipe makes 4



Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli, kosher salt, crushed red pepper and sliced garlic. Saute 3-4 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water , cover, reduce heat to low and cook until tender
