Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the cauliflower florets in a large sauté pan. Add water and boil only til crisp tender. Drain really well. Place cauliflower in baking dish. Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower, and season with the garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Place baking dish in the oven and roast 25 minutes. Stir half way, remove and sprinkle with the parmesan and Cheddar cheeses bake til cheese is bubbly ( about 10 min). Garnish with chopped chives.
I took a small bowl and mixed lemon juice, garlic and olive oil, then poured it over cauliflower and mixed it well.
