Ready in 30 minutes
An easy way to please a meat and potatoes fan. You can make the crispy, flavourful pork chops without the gravy for a slight less fat aproach.
1. Heat oil in skillet, on medium high heat. Place pork chops in pan, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic salt / powder. Brown on both sides, aprox 5 min. per side. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer on low heat, aprox. 15 min.
2. Remove pork chops to plate. Stir in flour to skillet, add milk; stir up brown bits, and let the sauce thicken to gravy.
3. Serve with mashed potatoes, apple sauce, rolls, and salad.

ebw1636 1y agoDefinitely not crispy, and not very tasty. Skip the gravy it's just bad.
RIZAB 2y agoThese pork chops aren't "crispy" per se as in deep fried foods however they're still delicious.
RIZAB 2y agoI take exception to the word "crispy" in describing this dish. There was no crispness at all. Regardless, the taste was good and I'd make it again.
tkcochran 2y agoI made this earlier this week. It was an easy weeknight meal. It was very tasty, had with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. Gravy was sooooo good!
nicolegory 2y agoEasy and delicious. Took the others advice and added more milk. Also added some parsley, paprika, and some other extra seasoning in the flour and dredged the pork in it before frying.
nikkiloveskenny1109 2y agoI loved it my daughter loved it and shes a picky eater we had it with broccoli and cheese and mashed potatoes very good and i will make this again first time i everade gravy and it turned out amazing but i did also add extra milk i will share this with my friends =)
Hellomonica 3y agoWas really easy to make. And very good! Salt an pepper added to the gravy along with a little more milk was the key.

Sgt9393 4y agoI followed the directions word for word. It was easy to make and very tasty. It went great with fried seasoned potatoes and applesauce.
