Definitely not crispy, and not very tasty. Skip the gravy it's just bad.

These pork chops aren't 'crispy' per se as in deep fried foods however they're still delicious.

I take exception to the word 'crispy' in describing this dish. There was no crispness at all. Regardless, the taste was good and I'd make it again.

I made this earlier this week. It was an easy weeknight meal. It was very tasty, had with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. Gravy was sooooo good!

Easy and delicious. Took the others advice and added more milk. Also added some parsley, paprika, and some other extra seasoning in the flour and dredged the pork in it before frying.

Was really easy to make. And very good! Salt an pepper added to the gravy along with a little more milk was the key.

I followed the directions word for word. It was easy to make and very tasty. It went great with fried seasoned potatoes and applesauce.
