For meat and potaoes fans, this is so easy, affordable, and quick to make. Passed down through my family. All spices, with exeption to salt and pepper, are optional to taste. You could add onion or tomatoe, to give it your favorite cheeseburger flavors.
1. Brown Hamburger, with minced garlic. Do not drain the fat. Add all spices.
2. Add flour, just enough to coat the meat, aprox. 2 tablespoons.
3. Add milk, 1/2 cup at a time, and stir until gravy reaches desired thickness .
4. Put over mashed potatoes. Add cheese on top, to taste.
