Combine butter potatoes, garlic,onion,rosemary,thyme, stock, peas,and cream of chicken soup, milk,sausage, celery, in crock pot and salt and pepper to taste
Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Top with bacon, cheese and chives before serving.
