A Mexican Classic, cebiche verde (or ceviche depending on the region) is simple and full of flavor. You can serve it with tostadas or saltines on the side. Enjoy!
- Place fish in a nonreactive bowl and season with salt. Let stand for 10 minutes, and add lime juice and toss gently. Cover bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Remove from refrigerator, add Mexico City sauce, onion, olives, avocado, cilantro and olive oil and toss gently to combine. Season to taste with salt. Serve in individual bowls along with the tostadas or saltines. Enjoy!
