Super easy!! Homemade snack perfect for beer, soup n just snack it!!
Grind all cheese in a mixing bowl to mix Sifted flour with paprika n salt
Blend cheese & flour mixture with softened butter either by spectra or by pulsing with food processor
Pulse it / Blend it until small crumbs formed & butter is all blended with the flour n cheese
Slowly drip in ice water (1/2 teaspoon a time) n softly kneed it/ pulse it till a ball of dough is formed
Optional - chill the dough with cling wrap in refrigerator for 30min
Preheat oven with 200C
Roll out the dough until 1/8 inch tall, use knife / pizza cuter to cut into preferred size
Bake it with 18min / until light orange brown
Cool for 15min
Ready to snack!!
