This is a very easy recipe to make when you are in a hurry.
Heat Italian salad dressing in a large nonstick skillet. on medium high heat. Add chicken chunks and cook and stir 5 minutes. Stir in rice,broth and broccoli and onions. Bring to a boil cover, reduce heat to low simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender. Let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Add tomatoes and cheese , stir until well blended. Serves 4
