Gluten free? No one would ever guess.
Preheat oven to 425.
Prepare cooking sheet with non stick spray.
Combine dry ingredients. Add cheese and chives to flour mixture.
With fingers, cut pats of butter into the flour.
In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients, then add to flour mixture, stirring until mixed.
Drop large spoonfuls of mixture onto prepared cookie sheets.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until tops are lightly browned.
Remove from oven and brush tops with melted butter.
Leftover biscuits should be wrapped individually and stored in freezer to preserve the integrity of gf baked goods and warmed in the microwave when needed.
