This is a great make ahead dish.The cheese gets crusty and forms a wonderful sauce.You can it make it lower fat by using low fat cheese and soup.Great served with wild rice.
1 Brown chicken in skillet coated with cooking spray
2 Place chiken breasts in single layer in large ovenproof casserole
3 Mix together suop, wine, mushrooms and seasonings except paprika.
5 Pour over chicken
6 Top with cheese and sprinkle lavishly with paprika.
7Bake at 325 for about 2hrs.
