Great Appetizer that my mom made the best!
PLACE MELTED BUTTER IN A 13x9x2 INCH PYREX. LIGHTLY BEAT EGGS IN A LARGE BOWL. ADD FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, SALT, AND GARLIC POWDER TO LIGHTLY BEATEN EGGS. BLEND WELL WITH A SPOON AND POUR IN THE MELTED BUTTER. ADD CHILES, COTTAGE CHEESE, AND JACK CHEESE AND MIX WELL UNTIL BLENDED. TURN THIS MIXTURE INTO THE PYREX AND BAKE @ 400 DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES. REDUCE HEAT TO 350 AND BAKE FOR 35-40 MINUTES MORE. CUT INTO SMALL SQUARES AND SERVE HOT. TO FREEZE, CUT INTO OBLONG PIECES, WRAP IN FOIL, AND FREEZE. CUT INTO SQUARES JUST BEFORE FULLY DEFROSTED, HEAT, AND SERVE.
