Better than a plain baked potato!


Ingredients

2 baking potatoes
2 tbsp. butter; melted
2 cloves garlic; thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 dash black pepper; fresh ground
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
1/4 cup grated cheddar
1 tbsp butter; melted
2 tsp. bread crumbs
1 tsp chives

Original recipe makes 2 Servings

Preparation

Slice potatoes widthwise 3/4 of the way through.

Shove garlic slices between potato slits.

Drizzle 2 tablespoons butter and the salt on potatoes. Pepper the tops well.

Bake 45 minutes.

Drizzle remaining butter.

Sprinkle bread crumb/cheeses combined over potatoes. Top with chives.

Bake 10-15 minutes longer.
