Suggest a better descriptionFrom: christi@meaddata.com (Christi Wilson) Date: Wed, 15 Feb 1995 23:25:42 GMT Preheat oven to 240 C/450 F. Put everything in blender along with two tablespoons only of the melted butter. Process until smooth. Use remaining butter to liberally grease popover or muffin pans and place in hot oven for 2 or 3 minutes. Once hot, fill cups about two-thirds with batter and return to oven for 30 minutes. Do not open oven door or popovers may fall. Reduce heat to 180 C/350 F and bake another 5 to 15 minutes, depending on how soft or crusty you like them. Serve right away. Makes 8 to 12 popovers, depending on size of pan. REC.FOOD.RECIPES From rec.food.cooking archives. Downloaded from G Internet, G Internet.
