Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 375 degrees. Melt margarine in a "stovetop to oven" type casserole dish (about a 9 inch round one will do) Add onions and saute until tender. Add Rice and stir for a few minutes. Stir parsley, then cheese into rice. Pour chicken or beef broth over rice.
