Heat saucepan and melt Butter remove from heat.
Add flour and salt and blend.
Return on low heat whilst stirring constantly until it thickens.
Add cheese and continue stirring until melted.

EmonessFelt like eating pasta, but I didn't had any tomato sauce at hand. This was a tasteful alternative. I didn't add any salt though, because cheese and butter already contain lots of salt. Added some Gorgonzola to spice it up.6m ago
