Slice open the hot dogs 2/3 of the way through, taking care not to cut all the way through.
Stuff a piece of cheese into each slice and then wrap tightly with a strip of bacon. Secure bacon in place with a toothpick or two if needed, place on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
