Cheeseburger Milk Gravy Skillet

1/2 c Onion; finely chopped
1 ts Parsley; chopped
1/4 ts Black pepper
3/4 c Nonfat cheddar cheese;
8 oz Ground Turkey Breast
1 1/3 c Skim milk
1 1/3 c Instant rice; uncooked
1 c Celery; finely chopped

Original recipe makes 4 servings



In a large skilled sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat, celery and onions. Stir in soup and skim milk. Add uncooked rice, cheese, parsley and black pepper. Mix well to combine. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 6-8 mins, or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
