Quick and easy cheeseburger meal the whole family loves!
Heat oven to 375. In skillet, cook beef until thoroughly cooked; drain. Season with beef seasoning if desired. Stir in ketchup until hot. Stir in relish and mustard. Set aside.
Press each biscuit into a rectangle. Put approximately 2 oz of meat on one half of the dough. Add 1/2 slice of American Cheese and fold in half, pressing seams together firmly with a fork.
Bake 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
