ees55 2y agoThis was delicious! Just the right amount of lime flavor. A dollop of fresh, slightly sweetened whipped cream with a pinch of lime zest on top made the dessert complete.
zbeaujoe 6y agoThis was my first time making cheesecake, and the recipe was a breeze! Turns out very well, is very easy to prepare, and it got a lot of great compliments. My favorite part is that it isn't as sugary as a lot of cheesecakes out there. It strikes the perfect balance. Definitely going into my "favorites".
Gschowe 6y agoWe've made this twice now at different dinner parties and it's been a big hit both times. Once we used store bought crust and once made the crust, both were delish.
