A soft and moist cookie that's easy to make.
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Cream butter and sugars together.
- Add in dry cheesecake instant pudding mix and beat until well blended. Note: Don?t prepare the pudding, simply add the dry mix to the cookie batter.
- Add eggs, cheesecake flavoring, and baking soda. Mix well. Can substitute vanilla flavoring.
- Add flour slowly until well combined.
- Stir craisins in to cookie dough.
- Drop spoonfuls on greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350F for 8 minutes.
