Finger food
Preheat over to 375 degress.
Put flour, salt and baking powder in large bowl, mix. Add shortening and cut with pastry blender until it resembles fine crumbs (as you would making a pie crust). Stir in cheddar cheese and cooled sausage. Add water and mix till moist. Shape pastry in to 1 inch balls and put on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375 degress about 15 minutes until light brown.
May substitute 3 cups Bisquick for flour, salt and baking powder.
Can also freeze after baking. Just thaw in 375 degree over for 10 minutes.
