Delicious baked salmon dip great on crackers, toast or chips. Works with smoked or canned salmon, might be a little wetter if you use canned salmon.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream and cheddar cheese until smooth. Add salmon, tomatoes, green onions, and dill weed, mix thoroughly.
Spread evenly into 8" or 9" baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
