Simple, Quick Casserole
In an 8 by 11 baking dish, add the soup, water, rice, spices, and vegetables and stir to combine.
Top with chicken (season as desired), and cover with foil.
Bake at 375 for 50 minutes or until chicken and rice are done.
Top with cheese.
Let stand for 10 minutes; then stir rice before serving.
