1 (30 oz) package Frozen shredded hashbrowns; Thawed
2 Cups Sour Cream
2 (10 3/4 oz) cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Onion; Chopped
3 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese; Divided

Original recipe makes 8 Servings



Combine hash browns, sour cream, soup, onion and 2 cups cheese; mix well. Spread in a lightly greased 13" x 9" baking pan; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350(F) degrees for one hour.
