Delicious baked dish of hash browns with cheesy goodness and a crunchy topping.
Preheat oven to 350°F
Mix all ingredients (except corn flakes & margarine) in a large bowl. Once thoroughly mixed, spread evenly into a glass baking pan (2" deep). If you want, you can spread some extra shredded cheese on the top before adding the topping.
Melt margarine in microwave (45 sec should do it), and mix it well with the corn flakes. Spread this on top of the mixture in the pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes @ 350°F
