A quick and tasty sandwich
Cut the baguette lengthwise. Spread tinfoil onto a cookie sheet. Spread Italian dressing on one side. Sprinkle cheese on other side. Broil both halves on the cookie sheet for 2-3 minutes.
Meanwhile, mash the avocado and mix salt in with it. When the baguette is done, spread the avocado over the half with dressing.
Press the 2 sandwich halves together and cut into thirds or fourths. Serve fresh.
