Dill pickles, cheese and egg roll wrapper!
Cheese Pickle Wrapper
Quarter the pickles and remove the seeds (this removes any mushy texture), then make sure they are dry.
Prepare the cheese sticks, cut them about 1? wide and the same length as the pickle.
Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface (keep the other wrappers covered with a moist towel or left in their bag sealed). Place a piece of cheese on the egg wrapper in the middle at a 45 then a pickle on top. Fold one side over, then both ends over. Moisten two fingers in some water, wet the remaining flap of the wrapper, then roll up.
Honey Mustard Dip
Combine ingredients and mix well.
Enjoy!
