A recipe my sister found on the back of the hashbrown potato bag at Dillons! Leave out the meat and make the perfect holiday side dish!
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.2. Mix all ingredients, except crackers and butter, together in large bowl. Transfer potato mixture into baking dish; top with crushed crackers and melted butter. Bake for 1 hour or until hashbrowns are fully cooked and crackers are golden brown.
