Amazingly delicious, simple and fast. Most soups take a long time to make but this one was easily done after work.

Fantastic! I added Broccoli and shredded Cheddar Cheese. I also reduced the amount of Onion. Would definitely make this again.

Made this recipe yesterday minus the onion and with an additional strip of bacon (of course). Came out awesome!

Followed the recipe exactly and it was amazing! Best soup I have ever made.

Very good! I used regular white American cheese because I couldn't make it to the store but can't wait to try it a different way.

It was great! However, added the full 2 pounds of velveeta, some shallots, and also put in 3 cans of green chillies. The 2 pounds of cheese was a little much but other than that it was great!

Was the perfect consistency. Just like in a restaurant. My husband and I served with a salad. Even the kids loved it. I added extra bacon. My husband said it would taste good w/ brocolli in it too! Next time!
