A perfect meat and potato casserole for that pot luck supper or when the whole family gets together.
Peel and boil potatoes in large pot. When cooked allow to cool and dice them.
In a large frying pan, cook ground beef, garlic and onion. When cooked mix in 1 can of the mushroom soup and place in a large baking pan (9 x 13 in.)
In a large bowl mix together the remaining ingredients except the potatoes, parmesan cheese and parsley and add on top of meat mixture.
Add diced potatoes and top with the parmesan chees and parsley.
Bake at 350 fo 1 1/2 hrs.
This dish also freezes well.
Served this at the church pot luck dinner yesterday and got numerous requests for the recipe.
